Anne Curtis confirmed presscon “A Secret Affair” last night, October 15 in which it is prohibited to mention the name of Derek Ramsay in every promotion in their show in “It’s Showtime”
“Yes” replied Anne when she asked if it is true that the issue he could not tell his noontime show on ABS-CBN is the name of her leading man in the movie project of Viva Films to be displayed in theaters on October 24.
“What can I do, right?”I mean, in the beginning, yes, I was frustrated of the thought that I could not even say the name of my leading man on Showtime.
“But, at the end of the day, that’s the way it’s supposed to be.
“I mean, they have their own reason so I have to respect that as I am working there [ABS-CBN].
“So, I do just to imbibe the Negativity is not it?
“Think about the positive and just all-out just on other channels.”
Press was also asked Derek what could be his reaction to directives from his former home network.
He said, “At first, my reaction was I was a little bit upset, but I was not mad.
“Like Anne said, I’m sure they have their reason why, so I will just respect it.
“What can I do? I respect the decision.
“Like Anne said, we will just focus on the other channel or other promotions.”Sad, but that’s the way it is.”
