Ruffa Gutierrez and Yilmaz Bektas’ Marriage is now “null and void”

Ruffa Gutierrez and Yilmaz Bektas is now officially annulled and Regional Trial Court of Taguig City cites “psychological incapacity” on the part of Yilmax Bektas.
Ruffa Gutierrez was in Boracay with her two lovely daughters Lorin and Venice for a vacation when she received the news. She said that it’s bittersweet news and now she is officially single.
Ruffa Gutierrez was married to a Turkish Businessman Yilmaz Bektas for 4 years and on May 8, 2007, the two have decided to end their commitment to each other.
These are the statements of Ruffa’s Lawyers from pep.ph:
“The Petition for the Declaration of the Nullity of Marriage which we filed on behalf of our client Ms. Ruffa Gutierrez against her husband Yilmaz Bektas has finally been granted by the Regional Trial Court of Taguig City, declaring the same to be null and void under Article 36 of the Family Code last January 17, 2012.
“She is now officially single.
“Custody of the two children Lorin Garbriella, and Venezia Loran have likewise been awarded to to our client, Ms. Sharmaine Ruffa R. Gutierrez.”
